Donations

• Donations made to Kingdom Foundation, including those directed toward specific projects, are non-refundable.

Merchandise Orders

• If a merchandise item is received in a damaged condition, customers may request a replacement or a 50% refund upon providing valid evidence (photos or videos).

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

• Merchandise orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
